Front porch: New led light, combo switch, fan box, client supplied fan, and two lights. Door bell front and back, multi tap transformer. Back porch: 3 new lights, 2 combo switches, new gfci plus bubble cover. Back door downstairs center light. If client moves forward with estimate, a detailed description of the work is available upon request Client responsible for any painting if needed 06/14/2024 Install three client-supplied lights on the new second floor, back door, and porch. This will require fishing of wires behind the existing drywall/plaster. On the day of installation, the client informed me of his plan to install a sliding door measuring 80 inches high by 72 inches wide. The job now includes installing three lights, a two-gang switch box, a single-pole switch, and a combination switch to control the existing kitchen light, back door lights, and porch light. We had reroute the always-hot wire at the existing single-pole box by the back door, which I did at no extra cost. Upon refishing the kitchen light, I discovered an improper box was used and installed a round pancake box at no additional charge. Additionally, I installed two multi-tap transformers on the panel for doorbells at the front and back doors. This involved running doorbell wire across the basement into the finished kitchen area, up into the living room, and out to the front door, which required drilling through brick and fishing at various locations. The client hired a doorbell company to install the new doorbells, and I was only required to handle the hardwiring. Both multi-tap transformers were tested and found to have proper voltages, and I left both breakers in the off position. The downstairs back door porch light was hanging in conduit. I removed the old box and conduit, then installed a weatherproof round box and strapped the UF wire to it. The client plans to install a camera to the left of it. This was done at no cost. On the front porch, the clie

Methodology & freshness
This report was assembled Jul 26, 2026, 12:46 PM ET. Available City datasets are queried from OpenDataPhilly (phl.carto.com) and the cited City ArcGIS feeds; record queries paginate rather than silently taking a first page. For this property: Permits: queried · Violations: queried · Investigations: queried · Appeals: queried · Licenses: queried · Building certifications: unavailable. “Unavailable” means the source query failed or was not supplied, not “no record.” Reports re-pull on view after seven days and on an overnight rolling schedule; citywide benchmarks recompute weekly. Source dates still govern: the parcel-level tax-delinquency snapshot is June 2022 and the separate detailed tax ledger ends in 2016, so neither establishes today’s balance. The live balance and date-effective payoff must be verified in Tax Center. AI-written passages are grounded in the assembled record and rejected if they state a number the record does not hold.
