Among lower-assessed blocks, the 1,600 block of North 27th Street in Brewerytown and Sharswood shows the fastest annualized assessment growth at 25.4 percent per year. Across the City assessment rolls from 2016 through 2026, the 2,500 block of A Street in Fishtown and East Kensington is next at 23.5 percent per year, followed by the 1,600 block of North 26th Street in Brewerytown and Sharswood at 23.5 percent per year.
