Using the City assessment aggregate dated July 14, 2026, the largest recorded organization portfolio covers 4,926 parcels, representing 1.5 billion dollars in assessed value. The second covers 4,872 parcels, representing 7 billion dollars in assessed value, and the third covers 2,498 parcels, representing 133 million dollars in assessed value.
