The share of homes whose current OPA year-built field is 2020 or later. Every row shows numerator, denominator, effective structures, and a building-dominated marker when one address exceeds 25%.

On the published 2027 City assessment roll, the 6,700 block of Cinnaminson Court in Roxborough has the highest share of homes recorded as built since 2020, at 100 percent. The 400 block of Salmon Street in Fishtown and East Kensington follows at 53 percent, then the 1,700 block of North Howard Street in Olde Kensington and North Philadelphia at 48 percent. The top five span five different parts of Philadelphia. The board uses the current recorded year-built field, which can differ from a project's permit history.
