Qualifying homes with an active City rental license, as a share of all homes on the block. Every row shows numerator, denominator, effective structures, and a building-dominated marker when one address exceeds 25%. This measures license records, not tenant count or unlicensed rentals.

Using City records fetched July 12, 2026, the 8,500 block of Alicia Street in Fox Chase and Burholme has the highest active rental-license share, at 100 percent. The 8,500 block of Jeanes Street in Fox Chase and Burholme follows at 100 percent, with the first block of Benezet Street in Chestnut Hill at 100 percent. The Fox Chase and Burholme area accounts for three of the five spots. The ranking measures license records against qualifying homes. It does not count tenants or unlicensed rentals.
