On the published 2027 City assessment roll, the Port Richmond and Kensington area has the largest one-year increase in median home assessment, at 15.7 percent. The Fairhill and West Kensington area follows at 14.3 percent, and Manayunk at 11.9 percent. The top five span five different parts of Philadelphia. This compares consecutive City rolls.
