On the published 2027 City assessment roll, the 15,100 block of Wildflower Way in Somerton has a major full-to-taxable assessment gap on 100 percent of qualifying homes. The 500 block of Walnut Street in Old City and Society Hill follows at 100 percent, with the 1,400 block of South Lawrence Terrace in Queen Village and East Passyunk at 100 percent. The Queen Village and East Passyunk area accounts for three of the five spots. The gap is visible in the numeric roll, but it does not establish the legal exemption program or its term.
