On the published 2027 City assessment roll, the first block of Benezet Street in Chestnut Hill shows the strongest non-owner-occupancy signal at 100 percent. The first block of East Springfield Avenue in Chestnut Hill follows at 100 percent, with the 1,200 block of North Carlisle Street in Brewerytown and Sharswood at 100 percent. Chestnut Hill accounts for two of the five spots. The signal uses homestead and Philadelphia tax-mailing fields. It does not prove investor ownership, rental use, or vacancy.
