On the published 2027 City assessment roll, the 500 block of Walnut Street in Old City and Society Hill leads Philadelphia at 4 million dollars in median assessed home value. The 1,700 block of Rittenhouse Square in Rittenhouse and Logan Square follows at 3.3 million dollars, while the 2,000 block of Delancey Place in Rittenhouse and Logan Square ranks third at 3.2 million dollars. The Rittenhouse and Logan Square area accounts for three of the five spots. These are City assessments, not asking prices.
