On the published 2027 City assessment roll, the 200 block of South 18th Street in Rittenhouse and Logan Square leads with 136 homes assessed at one million dollars or more. The 200 block of West Rittenhouse Square in Rittenhouse and Logan Square follows with 124 homes, and the 100 block of South 18th Street in Rittenhouse and Logan Square has 121 homes. The Rittenhouse and Logan Square area accounts for three of the five spots. The count uses City assessments, not asking prices or recorded sale prices.
